One Black Players Used for Less Than a Single Match

Since the first black player featured in 1978, there have been 41 matches that have not featured any black players whatsoever.  The last time no black player featured was in the quarter-final of Euro 96, when England eliminated Spain in a Penalty shoot-out.  In addition, there has been 26 matches have has partially included a black player.
