Notes
Five Chelsea players appeared against Denmark, 16 November
2003. John Terry, Frank Lampard both started and finished. Joe
Cole started and was substituted after 75 minutes. Glen Johnson appeared
on the field as early as 15 minutes, and Wayne Bridge came on as a second half
substitute. Chelsea had five players on the pitch for 30 minutes.
Four players appeared for England against
Liechtenstein, 10 September 2003. Wayne Bridge, John Terry and Frank
Lampard all started and finished, with Joe Cole being a 70th minute
substitute. The identical foursome appeared against Austria, 4 September
2004, except Wayne Bridge was substituted after 84 minutes by Joe Cole.
Four players were on the field of play against Croatia, 20
August 2003. John Terry started, Frank Lampard was a 27th minute
substitute, Joe Cole and Wayne Bridge appeared after 60 minutes.
