abstract shadow pattern and Blue
Void winged collar and cuffs, and an upside-down Blue Void triangular insert
at the neck.
Front of collar edged with Blue Fury stripe with multiple Blue Void stripes
of varying sizes along it, continuing around the back of the collar where
a second row of similar Blue Void stripes appears beneath the first.
Curved triangular Blue Void shard at the bottom of each seam.
Blue Void emblem on
left breast, with a Blue Fury background and a Challenge Red star above the emblem,
both overlaid with the shadow pattern.
The
opponent's name in capitalised Blue Fury lettering below the emblem and the
date in Blue Fury below the opponent's name (e.g. 09.09.23). Blue
Fury Swoosh
on right breast with a
Blue Void border overlaid with the shadow pattern,
and a
Blue Fury number in a new font, bordered in Blue Void, below it and on the
back of the shirt with a Blue Void emblem at the base of each digit and the surname above the

letters, occupying two-thirds of the upper left-hand side of the label and

Challenge Red
shorts with same abstract shadow pattern as on the shirt, a Challenge
Red drawstring and a curved triangular Blue Void shard at the top of each seam,

around the back of the shorts to end across the hem.
Blue Fury
number on left thigh, in same font as on shirt, bordered in Blue Void, with
Blue Fury Swoosh
underneath, bordered in Blue Void. Blue Void emblem on right thigh,
with a Blue Fury background.
Challenge Red socks
with abstract 'Three Lions' shadow pattern different to that on the rest
of the kit, Blue Void tops and a Blue Fury Swoosh on the front of the
shin.
Pure-platinum stripes along
the soles and sides of the feet, reaching a point across the middle of
the top of the sock from the left instep and behind it from the right,
with a pure-platinum panel on the soles underneath the toes. LEFT (or RIGHT) | (abbreviation for size e.g. SM
for small, MD for medium, LG for large) in Blue Fury capitalised
lettering across the toes.
England's captain, Harry Kane wore a white armband featuring the ONE
LOVE logo, against Germany and a light-green armband featuring the UEFA
RESPECT logo, against Ukraine. |

 Following
the all-blue change kit of
2020, England switched back to all red for the 2022 World Cup, no doubt
mindful of FIFA's preference for outfits of a single colour when it came
to achieving a clear contrast with their opponents' kit.
As so often is the case, there was a nod to previous designs that were
still etched in the memory, such as the
navy-blue ('Blue Void') collar, complete with edging stripes, similar to
those worn on the
1990 away shirt.
The kit was not worn in the World Cup,
however, and in fact, only appeared twice, both games ending in draws,
almost a year apart.
