Alf Ramsey's side were the only team to win, 2-1 over Spain. Walter Winterbottom's side, Bobby Robson's team and the side chosen by Gareth Southgate all drew, 4-4 with a Rest of the World side, a 1-1 with Brazil and a scoreless draw with Scotland. Both Eriksson's team and Hodgson's side were losses, a 0-1 at Northern Ireland and 1-2 to Iceland, significantly, it was Hodgson's last match as the England manager.
