Notes
Fulham have fielded two players at once for England on four
separate occasions, first against Northern Ireland in November 1955 when
Johnny Haynes and Bedford Jezzard were picked to play. In April and May
1958, Ernie Langley and Johnny Haynes played together three times against
Scotland, Portugal and Yugoslavia.
