Blue Fury (lighter) and Blue Void stripe at the cuffs. Inset triangular Blue Fury shard at the bottom of each seam. Emblem on left breast, overlaid with the shadow pattern, with a white star above it. Blue Fury Swoosh on right breast with Blue Void number in a new font, bordered in Blue Fury, below it and on the back of the shirt with a Blue Fury emblem at the base of each digit and the surname above the number in the same font. Rectangular black label on left hip with a white border. ENGINEERED in large gold capitalised letters, occupying two-thirds of the upper left-hand side of the label and bordered in gold. Remaining third comprises a gold flower logo. Two gold lines underneath above a ten-character serial number in gold. DRI-FIT ADV in capitalised pure-platinum lettering on right hip on the back of the shirt.

Blue Void shorts with a Blue Void drawstring and an inset triangular Blue Fury shard at the bottom of each seam. Blue Fury number on left thigh, in same font as on shirt, bordered in Blue Void, with Blue Fury Swoosh underneath, bordered in Blue Void. Emblem on right thigh.

White socks with a Blue Void and Blue Fury hoop across the tops and a Blue Void Swoosh below it. Pure-platinum stripes along the soles and sides of the feet, reaching a point across the middle of the top of the sock from the left instep and behind it from the right, with a pure-platinum panel on the soles underneath the toes. LEFT (or RIGHT) | (abbreviation for size e.g. SM for small, MD for medium, LG for large) in Blue Fury capitalised lettering across the toes.

England's captain, Harry Kane wore a white armband featuring the ONE LOVE logo, in both games in Italy, and against Ukraine. In the World Cup finals he wore the World Health Organization FIFA logo in pale blue on a white patch, together with the NO (in yellow) DISCRIMINATION (in white) logo on a black armband for the first two games, and a yellow armband for the next three games, with the PROTECT (in pink) CHILDREN (in black) logo against Wales, the EDUCATION FOR ALL (in pale blue) logo against Senegal, and the NO DISCRIMINATION (in black) logo against France. Against Malta and North Macedonia in June 2023, he wore CAPTAIN in black on a rainbow-coloured armband, and against Scotland, and Malta (at Wembley), he wore a navy-blue armband featuring the UEFA RESPECT logo, as did Jordan Henderson against Australia. Kane wore the same logo on a light-green armband against Italy at Wembley, as did Kyle Walker in North Macedonia.

Variations
  • The names of England's opponents, as they appeared beneath the emblem were AUSTRALIA, FRANCE, IRAN, ITALY, MALTA, NORTH MACEDONIA, SCOTLAND, SENEGAL, UKRAINE, USA and WALES.

  • On the shirt's first appearance, England wore the Nations League logo on the right sleeve and the 'UEFA FOUNDATION for children' logo on the left sleeve.

England's new kit for the 2022 World Cup brought back a shade of blue with reminiscences of Euro '96, though this time with a new graded pattern of blues fading across the shoulders. It was not to everyone's taste, but England kits never are.

Just as they had in 2020, the Under-21s were the first to appear in the kit, in Italy, and again, it was with the alternative white shorts making it an all-white kit, now a common sight for England fans. All white had been England's choice for full internationals on exactly a hundred occasions in modern times going back to 1959, and it was the first-choice combination as England won the 2023 UEFA Under-21 Championship.
