Manager Patrice Beaumelle has named his 25-man
squad for next week's friendly matches against France and England.

Monday, 22 March 2022 -
Preparations began at the first day at the training camp
begins. Injuries have ruled out Torino's Wilfried Singo, and Sassoulo's Hamed Traorè.
They have been replaced with Simon Déli, of Turkish side, Demirspor, and
Fousseny Coulibaly, from Tunisia. Coulibaly is a 41 year-old midfielder who
has appeared for the Coast in 2013 and 2021. In between, he attempted to change
his allegiance and citizenship to Tunisia in time for the 2018 FIFA World Cup,
but his bid was blocked.
   Friday, 25 March 2022 - France 2 Cote d'Ivoire 1
-
Olivier Giroud is just five goals away from
surpassing Thierry Henry as the all-time record goalscorer for France. Giroud
headed in Theo Hernandez's cross to take his tally to 47 in Marseille. Nicolas
Pepe had scored the opening goal before Aurelien Tchouameni won the match in the
93rd minute as he rose highest to power home a header.
