Notes
The two Watford players, Luther Blissett and John Barnes,
played together for only 21 minutes for England at the end of the 1982-83
season. They never started a game together. Barnes started against
Australia, 18th June 1983, and Blissett joined him after 69 minutes as a
substitute.
