The International Football Association Board met in The Prince of Wales Hotel, Llandudno, on Monday, June 13th 1892.

Mr John Taylor (Welsh Football Association) was in the chair. The following delegates being present, messrs. C. Crump and R.P. Gregson (England), A. Sliman and R. Harrison (Scotland), J. Reid (Ireland) and J. Taylor and J. Davies (Wales).

It was reported to the meeting that the Minute Book had not been received by Scotland from England. The Minutes of the last Board meeting were sent Wales in *, which were read and adopted on the motion of Mr Gregson, seconded by Mr Sliman, the Chairman undertaking to procure another Minute Book. Mr Gregson stating that he had been informed by Mr Alcock that the Minute Book had been mislaid.

Resolved. On the motion of Mr Crump, seconded by Mr Gregson, that the following alteration to Law 1. Proposed by the Football Association to be adopted, after the semi-colon in the sixth line, the wording to the next full stop to be as follows:-
"And lines defining six yards from the goal posts, and 12 yards from the goal lines shall also be marked out."

Also resolved on the motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mr Reid, that the following alterations to Law 10. Proposed by the Football Association to be adopted:-
After "adversary" in the fourth line be inserted "or play in any manner likely to cause injury".

Resolved on the motion of Mr Crump, seconded by Mr Gregson, to adopt the recommendation of the Football Association to add the following at the end of Law 13.
"but the ball shall not be again played by the kicker until it has been played by another player. If necessary, time of play shall be extended to admit of the penalty kick being taken."

Mr Gregson proposed, and Mr Crump seconded, and it was agreed to adopt the recommendation of the Football Association to print a Plan of field of Play with the Laws of the Game. Mr Crump produced a plan which was approved of.

Resolved on the motion of Mr Reid, seconded by Mr Gregson, to adopt the addition to Law 10. Proposed by the Irish Association, viz:-
"The goalkeeper shall not be charged except he be in the act of playing the ball, or is obstructing an opponent".

On the motion of Mr Crump, seconded by Mr Sliman, a vote of thanks was accorded to the Chairman which concluded the business.
