Club Career |

Club(s) |
He was a
goalkeeper who began his career in 1899 with Derby County reserves and
subsequently played for
Crich,
Ripley Athletic, Leicester Imperial and Leicester Fosse before rejoining
Derby County in 1909-10 when he played his only 3 League games for them.
He finished his career with spells at Stoke and Birmingham. Although a
good 'keeper', a number of disasters befell him, not least when he was on
the wrong end of a 12-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest when in goal for
Leicester Fosse. |
