Which England international players have played prominent roles in securing the game's major prizes throughout history?

a) every England international to have played in, at least, half of the league games for the club in that season, plus
b) every England international to have been one of the top three league scorers for the club in that season.

Players that did not make their international debuts until after the end of that season are marked red.
