	  Tuesday, 29 September 2020
	  -
The men's national team is facing an exciting
month. The team must play three matches.
First, the Faroe Islands are waiting for a
friendly match at the MCH Arena in Herning, and
then two away matches against Iceland and England in the UEFA Nations
	  League.
	  Several new names are
part of the squad for the matches. Thus, Pione Sisto is back on the team
after a two-year break, while Jonas Wind and Andreas Skov Olsen, who
	  normally play in
the U21 national team, are also among Hjulmand's players.
	  In total, the
	  squad contains four
possible debutants in the form of Jonas Wind, Andreas Skov Olsen, Philip
	  Billing and Jesper Hansen.
The first match will be played on
October 7 at 18.00 at MCH Arena against the Faroe Islands. Next, it
applies to Iceland away on October 11, while the collection ends with an
away match against England at Wembley on October 14.

	  Monday, 5 October 2020 -
	  Brentford's Christian Nørgaard
will miss Denmark’s match against England after suffering an ankle injury
	  in the defeat by Preston.
			Nørgaard hobbled off in the
20th minute after falling awkwardly and Bees boss Thomas Frank confirmed:
"Yes he’s out of the Denmark squad." His place in the Danish squad has
gone to his Brentford teammate, Mathias Jensen.

	  Wednesday, 7 October 2020 -
	  Peter Billing, Mathias Jensen and
Andreas Skov Olsen have each been handed their debuts in the friendly match
against the Faroes, and Jonas Wind was a second half substitute, as
	  Denmark ran out 4-0 winners.
  Sunday, 11 October 2020 -
Denmark beat Iceland 3-0. Iceland's Sigurjónsson
scores an own goal just before half-time, the first Danish goal in the
2020 Nations League campaign. Later Eriksen and Skov secured the 3-0
victory with a goal each. Andreas Skov Olsen was stretchered off with back
and neck pain. He was hospitalised following the match for further
	  investigation.

	  Monday, 12 October 2020 -

Andreas Skov Olsen has been withdrawn from the
	  Danish squad and
	  returned to Bologna.
